Personal Trainer with Bachelors of Exercise & Sports Science with a Masters in Nursing-Sydney University
I'm Laura, Personal trainer and founder of Exertion Fitness. My life goal is to help as many people become the best, most fittest and healthiest versions of themselves. I saw too many patients as an Emergency Nurse that I felt I could have helped more through exercise and education on the best ways to eat. Hence why I left that career to pursue my ultimate passion of helping and caring for people, albeit inside a gym.
